Drinking Package Water Plant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our packaged drinking water facility. The Plant Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the plant, including manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, and overall business performance. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively coordinate and optimize operations to drive productivity, quality, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire plant operations, ensuring efficient production, packaging, and distribution of packaged drinking water.

Optimize production processes, resource utilization, and inventory management to meet customer demands and minimize costs.

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality and consistency.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies to drive sales growth and expand market presence.

Provide guidance and support in identifying new market opportunities, customer segments, and distribution channels.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Monitor and analyze financial performance, sales figures, production costs, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve financial targets.

Collaborate with the finance team to develop accurate forecasts, financial reports, and KPIs to track performance and provide insights to management.

Conduct performance evaluations, identify training needs, and provide development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the plant team.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
