Roles and Responsibility

· Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods

· Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees performance

· Organize and maintain inventory and storage area

· Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy

· Determine staffing levels and assign workload

supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers. Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

MIS Reporting (Expertise in Microsoft Excel)

Knowledge of warehouse management activity

Education
