Looking For Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations & Facility Management

€¢ Supervise all activities in cold storage areas, including receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping.

€¢ Monitor temperatures of cold rooms, freezers, and handling areas; ensure immediate action on deviations.

€¢ Coordinate equipment use (pallet jacks, reach trucks) and ensure proper maintenance.

2. Staff Supervision

€¢ Lead, train, and schedule cold storage staff.

€¢ Ensure team adherence to safety protocols, productivity targets, and quality standards.

3. Compliance & Safety

€¢ Implement safety procedures to prevent accidents, temperature abuse, and product spoilage.

€¢ Maintain records of temperature logs, sanitation checks, and incident reports.
