A Warehouse Incharge manages daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatching goods efficiently. They are responsible for team supervision, ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining accurate documentation, and optimizing storage space. Key requirements include 3-5 years of logistics experience and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular audits, and reconcile data with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).

Operations Oversight: Manage receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet customer and company deadlines.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA standards, etc.) and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse facility.

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met.

Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to ensure smooth, timely shipments.

Process Improvement: Optimize layout and operational procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
