Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, perform regular audits, and reconcile data with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
Operations Oversight: Manage receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching products to meet customer and company deadlines.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations (OSHA standards, etc.) and maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse facility.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure productivity targets are met.
Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to ensure smooth, timely shipments.
