As a Warehouse Incharge, you will oversee daily operations in the warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Managing Inventory: Keep accurate records of all items in the warehouse, including incoming and outgoing products, to ensure stock levels are maintained.

- Supervising Staff: Directly oversee warehouse staff, ensuring they follow safety protocols and complete their tasks effectively.

- Organizing Storage: Arrange products in the warehouse in a logical manner to maximize space and facilitate easy access.

- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to verify their quality and ensure compliance with company standards.

- Coordinating Shipments: Schedule and coordinate the transportation of goods to meet delivery deadlines, working closely with suppliers and transporters.

- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized, following safety protocols to reduce risks and accidents.
