passenger Services: Greeting Passengers, Checking Documents, Issuing Boarding Passes, Assisting with Special Needs (elderly, Disabled, Minors), Confirming Reservations, and Providing Flight Info.
baggage Handling: Tagging, Loading, Unloading, and Tracking Luggage, Plus Handling Lost or Damaged Bag Complaints.
ramp Services: Guiding Aircraft To/from Gates, Coordinating Refueling, Cleaning, and Communicating with Pilots.
security & Safety: Conducting Security Checks, Enforcing Regulations, and Ensuring Overall Airport Safety.
operations: Selling Tickets, Coordinating with Cabin Crew, Managing Flight Delays/cancellations, and Ensuring Aircraft are Provisioned.
