Job Summary:

The Waiter is a dual-role position responsible for customer service in the dining area. Cooking & Kitchen Duties:

Food Preparation:

Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning according to recipes and daily needs.

Cook and prepare a variety of dishes as per the menu, ensuring consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

Follow established recipes and portion control standards.

Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food safety and quality.

Kitchen Operations:

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and workstation at all times.

Sanitize and clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly.

Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations (HACCP principles where applicable).
