Waiter - Full Time

As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests. This full-time position requires you to work on-site in Oman.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Customers: Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.

- Taking Orders: Accurately take and record food and beverage orders from customers, communicating any special requests to the kitchen staff.

- Serving Food and Beverages: Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring presentation and quality meet the establishment's standards.

- Clearing Tables: Efficiently clear dishes and utensils from tables after guests have finished their meals, maintaining a clean dining area.

- Assisting Guests: Attend to customer needs throughout their meal, responding promptly to requests for additional items or assistance.

- Handling Payments: Process payments accurately and provide change when necessary, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 7 years in a similar role is preferred, showcasing familiarity in food service.

- Education: Completion of the 12th grade is required.

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
