Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and professional Waiters/Waitresses to join a dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a courteous and timely manner

Take accurate food and beverage orders

Recommend menu items and assist with upselling when appropriate

Serve food and beverages efficiently and hygienically

Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, cutlery, and work areas

Follow established service procedures and hygiene standards

Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally

Manage payments and provide accurate change

Requirements

Currently residing in Kuwait

Transferable Visa

23 years of experience in a similar role

Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Strong customer service and teamwork skills

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
