We are looking for Tamil Voice Process representative, who will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints over the phone. Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service quality.
Accurately document and update customer interactions.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications
Graduation required
Fluency in Tamil is essential, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and de-escalate issues.
