Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company. Regular standard maintenance of the machine. Operates Vertical Machining Centre following part specifications. Loads and unloads parts, performs quality checks and machine set-up. Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation and material handling. Maintain 5S in the workplace.Preference: Candidate should be able to read drawing independently. Candidate should properly handle Machine Controller. Knowledge of VMC machine and its parts functions. The Candidate must have 7 to 10 years experience in Lathe Operator / Turner in Conventional Machinery and he must be a ITI Turner / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in Educational Background.

The Candidate must have strong exposure in Industrial Valve Selling with preferred years of experience is 7-10 years.

The Candidate must have exposure in VMC, HMC and Turning Centre Programming, at lease 7-10 years of strong knowledge in the Programming. The Candidate must be a Mechanical Engineering Graduate.

The Candidate must have exposure in ISO 9001 : 2015, OSHAS 18001 with at least 7-10 years of experience. The Candidate must have Diploma and Degree in Mechanical Engineering. .
