Visa Counsellor - Chandigarh Sector 17

We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to join our team in Chandigarh Sector 17. Key Responsibilities:

2. **Application Support**: Assist clients in completing visa application forms and ensure all necessary documents are accurately prepared and submitted.

3. **Monitoring Progress**: Track the status of submitted applications and keep clients informed about any updates or additional requirements.

4. **Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay updated on visa policies, regulations, and procedures to effectively counsel clients and ensure compliance.

5. **Problem Resolution**: Address any concerns or issues that arise during the application process, providing solutions and support to clients.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in visa counselling or a related field. A 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of various visa types and processes are also important traits for this role.
