We are looking for a Visa Counsellor to join our team in Chandigarh Sector 17. The ideal candidate will assist individuals and families in obtaining visas for travel, education, or immigration purposes. This role involves working directly with clients to provide guidance and support throughout the visa application process.Key Responsibilities:1. **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to understand their visa needs and provide personalized advice on suitable visa options based on their circumstances.2. **Application Support**: Assist clients in completing visa application forms and ensure all necessary documents are accurately prepared and submitted.3. **Monitoring Progress**: Track the status of submitted applications and keep clients informed about any updates or additional requirements.4. **Regulatory Knowledge**: Stay updated on visa policies, regulations, and procedures to effectively counsel clients and ensure compliance.5. **Problem Resolution**: Address any concerns or issues that arise during the application process, providing solutions and support to clients.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in visa counselling or a related field. A 12th-grade education is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of various visa types and processes are also important traits for this role. Candidates should be proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
