1. Expertise in Visa Processing: Strong understanding of visa documentation and embassy requirements for major countries (UK, USA, Canada, Schengen and Australia, etc.)

2. Fluent English Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Client Handling Skills: Ability to manage and guide clients throughout the process with professionalism

4. Business Development: Ability to bring new clients, generate leads, and meet business targets

5. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in documentation, form-filling, and submission

6. Time Management: Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines efficiently

7. Sales & Conversion: Convincing and follow-up skills to convert inquiries into successful applications

8. Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and online visa portals

9. Manage end-to-end visa processing for Tourist, Business, Visit, and e-Visas for multiple countries

10. Ensure accurate completion and timely submission of visa applications

11. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and VFS/third-party visa agencies when needed

12. Maintain regular client follow-ups, updates, and support throughout the application process
