8. tech proficiency: basic knowledge of ms office, crm tools, and online visa portals

9. manage end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, visit, and e-visas for multiple countries

10. ensure accurate completion and timely submission of visa applications

11. coordinate with embassies, consulates, and vfs/third-party visa agencies when needed

12. maintain regular client follow-ups, updates, and support throughout the application process
