Valuation Reporting Associate (Female Candidates Only)

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate - Report Maker at ANUMAN. The local candidate having local geography & real estate knowledge will be necessary. The Associate - Report Maker will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to create comprehensive valuation reports for immovable properties. The role will require working closely with the valuation team and utilizing industry-specific software to perform accurate and timely valuations in compliance with regulatory standards. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

She must be good in communication kills both written & verbal.

Experience in real estate valuation or appraisal is a plus.

Local resident will be preferred.
