Utility Manager (Male)

- oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all utility systems including boilers, chillers, compressors, refrigeration units, hvac, water treatment plants, and power distribution systems.

- ensure uninterrupted utility support to production, packaging, warehouse, and administrative operations.

- develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all utility equipment.

- minimize downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and equipment lifecycle.

- monitor energy consumption (electricity, steam, water, compressed air, fuel) and implement strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

- ensure all utility operations comply with statutory regulations, environmental norms, and safety standards applicable to fmcg facilities.

- maintain documentation, permits, and logs required for inspections and audits, including pollution control, boiler inspections, and water quality testing.

- lead, train, and supervise the utility team, ensuring adherence to safety practices and operational excellence.

- manage service providers, contractors, and equipment vendors; verify work quality and ensure timely availability of spare parts.

- participate in designing and commissioning of utility systems for plant expansions, new product lines, or capacity enhancement projects.

- evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve reliability and efficiency of utility operations.

- develop contingency plans for utility failures and implement corrective actions to avoid disruptions to production processes.

- ensure availability and proper functioning of critical backup systems such as generators and emergency water supplies.

- maintain accurate records of operating parameters, maintenance activities, breakdowns, and energy usage.

- prepare monthly utility performance reports for management review and continuous improvement.
