Responsibilities: -

(i) Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.

(ii) Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

(iii) Work on strategic global hiring programs.

(iv) Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

(v) He /She will be in charge of recognizing, screening, interviewing and recruiting job candidates in the non-IT industry for the US market.
