we are looking for us it recruiter / lead for our organization.

responsibilities:

• ability to work in a team for sourcing, recruiting, pre-screening candidates for us job market.

• manage the recruiting process including interview coordination, offer negotiation and closing

• searching on job portals like monster, dice, jobs ahead, etc.

• negotiating & finalizing salary/ rate/hr aspects (w2, 1099, corp-corp) with gcs, . citizens, h1b, ead, tn permit holders.

• scheduling interview, status reporting. submitting consultant directly to the client.

• uploading, monitoring, and maintaining job postings on job portals.

• direct reporting to us recruiters/ us marketing team/ clients.

• direct interacting with us vendors.

required experience and skills:

2 - 5 years of experience in recruitment (domestic / international)

• good understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets

• excellent verbal & written english, interpersonal communication skills, negotiation skills, understanding of us culture, job rules and regulations, and ethics
