Roles and Responsibilities
• Monitoring and managing all phases of projects development and schedules to ensure delivering them on time.
• Ensure goods arrival is in accordance to delivery schedule.
• Communicating with all relevant departments on planning and operations to ensure client’s requirements are met.
• Ensure proper tracking mechanism for reporting of projects development.
• Understanding and handling queries about company products.
• Conduction post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project implementation.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
