Hiring For Travel & Tour Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Travel & Tour Executive to handle Visa processing, Flight bookings, and Tour packages efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Visa Handling

Process tourist, visit, and employment visas

Coordinate with embassies, portals, and suppliers

Verify documents and ensure timely approvals

Handle customer follow-ups and visa status updates

Flight Operations

Handle domestic & international flight bookings

Issue, reissue, cancel tickets and manage refunds

Provide best fare options to customers

Coordinate with airlines and GDS systems

Tours & Holidays

Sell inbound & outbound tour packages

Customize tour itineraries as per customer requirements

Coordinate hotels, transport, sightseeing & DMCs

Handle group and FIT tour arrangements

Sales & Customer Service

Achieve assigned sales targets

Handle B2B & B2C clients professionally

Provide after-sales support and resolve issues

Maintain customer records and daily sales reports

Requirements:

Minimum 2–5 years experience in travel & tourism

Strong knowledge of Visa, Air Ticketing & Tour operations

Good communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)

Sales-oriented with customer-handling skills

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
