Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Travel & Tour Executive to handle Visa processing, Flight bookings, and Tour packages efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Visa HandlingProcess tourist, visit, and employment visasCoordinate with embassies, portals, and suppliersVerify documents and ensure timely approvalsHandle customer follow-ups and visa status updatesFlight OperationsHandle domestic & international flight bookingsIssue, reissue, cancel tickets and manage refundsProvide best fare options to customersCoordinate with airlines and GDS systemsTours & HolidaysSell inbound & outbound tour packagesCustomize tour itineraries as per customer requirementsCoordinate hotels, transport, sightseeing & DMCsHandle group and FIT tour arrangementsSales & Customer ServiceAchieve assigned sales targetsHandle B2B & B2C clients professionallyProvide after-sales support and resolve issuesMaintain customer records and daily sales reportsRequirements:Minimum 25 years experience in travel & tourismStrong knowledge of Visa, Air Ticketing & Tour operationsGood communication skills in English (other languages an advantage)Sales-oriented with customer-handling skillsAbility to work under targets and deadlines
