Cruise Travel Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

ï‚· Cruise Booking Agents manage cruise planning, using sales techniques and

deploying guest service skills in a high-volume inbound call center

ï‚· Book and confirm Cruise reservations by providing comprehensive

information about the Cruises.

ï‚· Engage with Guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving

directions and other information.

ï‚· Create and modify reservations.

ï‚· Provide Guest Service when problems arise and help find solutions with

bookings.

ï‚· Passion and knowledge of Cruise Sailings and Ships

ï‚· Effectively finalize reservations through our preferred cruise line partners

Skills:

ï‚· As a cruise advisor, you must be an excellent communicator

ï‚· Possess great sales skills, while having a passion for delivering a world class experience to

our customer base

Requirements:

ï‚· Excellent communication skills.

ï‚· Should be well-versed with GDS
