roles and responsibilities:

 cruise booking agents manage cruise planning, using sales techniques and

deploying guest service skills in a high-volume inbound call center

 book and confirm cruise reservations by providing comprehensive

information about the cruises.

 engage with guest by addressing needs, answering questions, giving

directions and other information.

 create and modify reservations.

 provide guest service when problems arise and help find solutions with

bookings.

 passion and knowledge of cruise sailings and ships

 effectively finalize reservations through our preferred cruise line partners

skills:

 as a cruise advisor, you must be an excellent communicator

 possess great sales skills, while having a passion for delivering a world class experience to

our customer base
