We are a travel management company engaged in conducting package tours. We cater mostly to FITs & business travelers.

Responsibilities and Duties

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing itineraries

2. Communicating with guests over the phone

3. Preparing and sending quotations over email

To handle the queries of the clients & suggest the package as per the requirement Design customized itineraries

To coordinate with the vendors & transporters Coordination with the hoteliers for the payment

Provide the best package to the client as earliest as possible

Responsible to the total payment before departure

To explain the tour to the client once its confirmed

To assist him (if required) from starting till end of the tour
