Job Description

 Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating

revenue for the company.

 Receiving inbound calls and providing the corporate clients and business

partners with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares

available in the market.

 Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided

excellent customer service

 Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline Tickets

 Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

 Must be from Travel industry and have GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo,)

Knowledge.

 Adhering to Call Quality Matrix and DOT compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

 Excellent Communication Skills

 Graduate in any stream

 Working knowledge of Amadeus & Sabre

 Knowledge of US geography, airport codes, culture is a plus

 At least 1-2 yrs of experience in international market
