Job Description

ï‚· Conversion of a call into a sales call for inbound selling and thus generating

revenue for the company.

ï‚· Receiving inbound calls and providing the corporate clients and business

partners with the best possible routing for their destination and competitive fares

available in the market.

ï‚· Make professional, accurate, cost effective travel arrangements to client provided

excellent customer service

ï‚· Create PNRs, make reservations, and sell airline Tickets

ï‚· Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.

ï‚· Must be from Travel industry and have GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo,)

Knowledge.

ï‚· Adhering to Call Quality Matrix and DOT compliance

Desired Candidate Profile

ï‚· Excellent Communication Skills

ï‚· Graduate in any stream

ï‚· Working knowledge of Amadeus & Sabre

ï‚· Knowledge of US geography, airport codes, culture is a plus

ï‚· At least 1-2 yrs of experience in international market
