Job Summary:
Tourism Manager travel, tourism aur hospitality operations ko plan, manage aur develop karta hai. Is role ka objective customer satisfaction badhana, tourism packages develop karna, aur business growth ensure karna hai. Aviation aur travel coordination ka knowledge hona zaroori hai.
Key Responsibilities:
Tourism operations aur daily activities ko manage karna
Travel packages, tour itineraries aur aviation-related services plan karna
Airlines, hotels, transport aur travel agents ke saath coordination
Customer queries, bookings aur complaints handle karna
Tourism policies, safety standards aur legal compliance ensure karna
Marketing aur promotion strategies develop karna
Budget planning aur cost control
Team management aur staff training
Tourism trends aur market analysis karna
Required Qualifications:
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Tourism Management (Aviation-related knowledge preferred)
Recognized institute se certified qualification mandatory
Aviation tourism ya airline coordination ka basic knowledge
Experience:
Minimum 25 years experience in tourism / travel / aviation-related field
Leadership ya managerial role ka experience preferred

Knowledge of tourism software, booking systems
Problem-solving & decision-making ability
Multitasking aur pressure handle karne ki ability
