Job Description

key responsibilities:

plan, organize, and book domestic travel itineraries (hotels, transport, tours).

coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs (airport, hotel, and other locations) ensuring timely and smooth transfers.

manage reservations, and travel documentation.

handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide travel-related assistance.

maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport operators for best deals and arrangements.

ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.

requirements:

graduate in travel & tourism, hospitality, or related field.

proven experience as a travel executive/coordinator or similar role.

strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itineraries, and documentation.

excellent communication and customer service skills.

ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes.

flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings/late nights for guest pickups.
