Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Plan, organize, and book domestic travel itineraries (Hotels, transport, tours).
€¢ Coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs (airport, hotel, and other locations) ensuring timely and smooth transfers.
€¢ Manage reservations, and travel documentation.
€¢ Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide travel-related assistance.
€¢ Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
€¢ Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport operators for best deals and arrangements.
€¢ Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.
Requirements:
€¢ Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
€¢ Proven experience as a Travel Executive/Coordinator or similar role.
€¢ Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itineraries, and documentation.
€¢ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
€¢ Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes.
€¢ Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings/late nights for guest pickups.
