Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and book domestic travel itineraries (Hotels, transport, tours). Coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs (airport, hotel, and other locations) ensuring timely and smooth transfers. Manage reservations, and travel documentation. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide travel-related assistance. Maintain excellent client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Liaise with vendors, hotels, and transport operators for best deals and arrangements. Ensure compliance with company travel policies and procedures.Requirements: Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. Proven experience as a Travel Executive/Coordinator or similar role. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, itineraries, and documentation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and handle last-minute changes. Flexibility to work extended hours, including early mornings/late nights for guest pickups.
