Travel Consultant - Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in the travel industry and a strong knowledge of travel destinations and services.

As a Travel Consultant, you will help clients plan their trips effectively and provide exceptional customer service. You will engage with clients to understand their travel needs, provide accurate information about travel options, and assist with bookings.

Key responsibilities include:

- **Client Consultation**: Meet with clients to discuss travel preferences, budget, and requirements to create tailored travel plans.

- **Travel Arrangements**: Research and book flights, hotels, transportation, and activities, ensuring all arrangements meet client expectations.

- **Itinerary Planning**: Design detailed itineraries including travel routes, schedules, and recommendations for destinations and activities.

- **Documentation Assistance**: Help clients obtain required travel documents, such as visas and travel insurance, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- **Issue Resolution**: Address client concerns and resolve any travel-related issues promptly and effectively.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a strong ability to work independently. Familiarity with travel booking systems and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving are also essential. Your goal will be to ensure clients have smooth and memorable travel experiences.
