Travel Consultant (Freshers) Chennai

As a Travel Consultant, you will play a key role in planning and executing domestic and international holiday packages for clients. This position is full-time and requires working from our office located in Guindy, Chennai.

You will be responsible for managing operations and sales related to holiday packages. Your tasks will involve handling online inquiries through email and phone, aiming to convert these leads into bookings. You will also prepare customized itineraries and cost estimates tailored to meet client requirements. Additionally, you will coordinate with clients throughout the booking process to ensure a smooth experience.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. A basic understanding of travel management and a willingness to learn about different travel destinations is essential. You should also be organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

This position is ideal for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience and a minimum education of 12th pass. You are expected to work during standard business hours, engaging with clients to meet their travel needs effectively.
