job description :

experience in direct travel sales of 1-3 years (mandatory)

attending inbound travel related queries & converting sale for flight reservation through calls

-make professional, correct, cost effective travel arrangements for clients while providing exceptional customer service.

-offering hotel accommodation, travel insurance and other travel related services as a up selling suggestion

-ability to understand/ comprehend the customers requirements and respond tactically.

night shift : 6:00 pm - 3:00 am
