Job Description:

We are seeking entry-level professionals to join our dynamic team as Travel and Tourism Industry Freshers. As a Travel and Tourism Industry Fresher, you will be an integral part of our organization, responsible for various tasks related to customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

o Interact with clients via phone, email to provide information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance.

o Ensure excellent communication and rapport-building with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

o Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

2. Travel Planning and Booking:

o Assist clients in planning their trips, including selecting destinations, accommodations, and activities.

o Use booking systems and tools to make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.

o Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel-related information.
