As a Travel and Tourism Industry Fresher, you will be an integral part of our organization, responsible for various tasks related to customer service and support. Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Service:o Interact with clients via phone, email to provide information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance.o Ensure excellent communication and rapport-building with clients to understand their needs and preferences.o Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.2. Travel Planning and Booking:o Assist clients in planning their trips, including selecting destinations, accommodations, and activities.o Use booking systems and tools to make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.o Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel-related information.

Key Responsibilities:1. Content Creation: Produce clear, concise, and engaging written content with our brand's tone and style.2. Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and depth in content.3. Content Planning: Collaborate with the content team to develop content strategies and editorial calendars.4. Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency.5. Content Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media and email marketing.6. Content Performance Analysis: Use analytics tools to track content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results.Qualifications: Any Bachelor's degree in English Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Prior experience as a Content Writer or similar role would be added advantage. Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong research abilities and the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner. Familiarity with SEO best practices. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
