Experience and Skills:

-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the placement department, preferably within educational institutions

💬Proficient in English (both written and verbal)

Additional Criteria:

🗣️Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory

👨-💼Male candidates are preferred

Curriculum & Program Development:

🔄 Align the placement training curriculum with industry standards.

Student Skill Enhancement:

📊 Assess and improve students- skill levels.

🎙️ Organise and conduct mock interviews.

🤝 Industry Collaboration & Placement Coordination:

📈 Manage accurate records of student placements.

🚀 Organise placement drives and coordinate with companies.

🤝 Engage with alumni for networking opportunities.
