Experience and Skills:
-Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the placement department, preferably within educational institutions

Additional Criteria:

Curriculum & Program Development:
๐ Align the placement training curriculum with industry standards.
๐ Develop and implement effective technical and soft skills training programs.

Student Skill Enhancement:
