Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the placement department, preferably within educational institutions
Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
Additional Criteria:
Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities
Curriculum & Program Development:
Align the placement training curriculum with industry standards.
Develop and implement effective technical and soft skills training programs.
Conduct communication enhancement sessions.
Student Skill Enhancement:
Assess and improve students skill levels.
Organise and conduct mock interviews.
Provide career counselling to students.
Industry Collaboration & Placement Coordination:
Collaborate with industry professionals for insights.
Manage accurate records of student placements.
Organise placement drives and coordinate with companies.
Engage with alumni for networking opportunities.
Enhance the online presence of the placement cell.
