job summary:

mocha café and bar, ranchi is looking for a smart and customer-oriented restaurant captain to lead the service team and ensure guests have a delightful dining experience.

key responsibilities:

supervise and manage daily restaurant service operations

greet guests and ensure courteous service throughout their visit

take and confirm food & beverage orders accurately

coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service

train, guide, and motivate the service team / stewards

handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards in the dining area

required skills:

strong communication and leadership skills

excellent customer service attitude

team management and multitasking ability

basic f&b product knowledge

education:

minimum 12th pass

diploma / degree in hotel management preferred
