Job Description:
• Have knowledge to Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets.
• Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing.
• Should have understanding of B2B and B2C Market
• To provide excellent support for queries related to Fares, ticketing, cancellations etc.
• To ensure that there should not be any error while issuing/Reissuing/Cancelling/refunding of the tickets.
Skills & Experience:
• Candidate should have excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Minimum 1 yr experience in Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets.
