Job Description: Have knowledge to Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets. Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing. Should have understanding of B2B and B2C Market To provide excellent support for queries related to Fares, ticketing, cancellations etc. To ensure that there should not be any error while issuing/Reissuing/Cancelling/refunding of the tickets.Skills & Experience: Candidate should have excellent Communication skills (Written & Verbal) Minimum 1 yr experience in Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets.
