Key Responsibilities:
1. **Ticket Verification**: Check the tickets of passengers entering the station or boarding vehicles to ensure they are valid and fall within the allowed travel parameters.
2. **Customer Assistance**: Provide helpful and friendly support to passengers regarding ticketing queries, directions, and travel information to enhance their experience.
3. **Reporting Issues**: Identify any issues related to ticket fraud or misconduct and report them to the senior staff promptly for further action.
4. **Monitoring Passenger Flow**: Ensure a smooth flow of passengers by effectively managing queues and assisting individuals as needed to prevent congestion.
5. **Maintaining Records**: Keep accurate records of tickets checked and any incidents that occur during your shift to assist with operational tracking.
