job summary:

we are seeking a dynamic and result-driven territory sales executive to drive business growth by acquiring

and managing dealership, distributors, and other key partners of our li-ion batteries used in two-wheeler

and three-wheeler electric vehicles. the ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent sales skills

and the ability to travel extensively within their designated territory.

key responsibilities:

identify, acquire and onboard new dealership, distributors, and partners to expand our market

presence.

build and extend strong relationships with existing and potential partners ensuring high level of

satisfaction and loyalty.

conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on competitor

activity.

develop and execute sales strategies to achieve territory-specific targets and expand market share

travel extensively within the designated territory to meet with potential partners, conduct product

demonstrations, and build relationships.

collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development to drive sales success

and ensure seamless partner experiences.

manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports and forecasts.

consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and development of the

territory.

requirements

2-4 years of field sales experience, preferably in the automotive or energy storage industry.

strong network and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.

ability to work independently and manage time effectively while travelling extensively.

strong analytical and problem-solving skills

proficient in crm software and ms office.

willingness to travel extensively (up to 80-90% of the time) within the designated territory.
