About the role : -

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, And handle the team of Marketing executives and Distributors.

Responsibilities :-

Manage our Team of Marketing executives and Help the organization reach towards its goal

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department

Set, monitor and report on team goals

Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts customer personas

evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective

Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans

Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives

Qualification & Location

Bachelors / Masters in marketing

+4 years experience in marketing field

Permanent Role, Full-time
