Job Title: Territory Manager (Pharmaceutical Sales)Job Summary:The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and promoting pharmaceutical products within the assigned territory. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring product visibility, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territoryPromote company products to doctors, chemists, and hospitals effectivelyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs)Conduct regular field visits and ensure proper territory coverageImplement marketing strategies and campaigns at the ground levelOrganize and participate in CME programs, doctor meets, and product presentationsMonitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to managementEnsure product availability and coordination with stockists/distributorsMaintain daily call reports, expense reports, and other documentationEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsKey Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market dynamicsSales and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain professional relationshipsResult-oriented with strong target achievement mindsetBasic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor
