Role & Responsibility:
- Answer calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.
- Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtain customer information and other relevant data.
- Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications.
- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Make a record of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Take and process product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintain the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggest solutions based on customer’s needs and requirement
