Role & Responsibility:- Answer calls and explain the product and services offered by the company.- Contact existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.- Obtain customer information and other relevant data.- Ask questions to the customer and understand their specifications.- Resolve queries and issues related to the products and services.- Make a record of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.- Take and process product orders in a professional manner.- Maintain the database of the customers on a regular basis.- Suggest solutions based on customers needs and requirement
