job summary telecaller (poi data collection)
location: amritsar (work from office)
the telecaller will contact restaurants, hotels, shops, tourist attractions, and service providers across amritsar to collect and verify point of interest (poi). the role involves making outbound calls, validating details, and maintaining accurate daily reports.
key responsibilities:
call and engage pois to verify business details.
collect information such as contact details, timings, services, pricing, and amenities.
cross-check information using online platforms (google maps, zomato, tripadvisor).
update verified data in crm/google sheets.
obtain consent for photoshoots and app listing.
report daily progress and unreachable contacts.
requirements:
education: minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
experience: 03 years in telecalling, customer service, or data verification.
languages: fluent punjabi & hindi; basic english understanding.
skills: excellent communication, accuracy, patience, and computer knowledge.
work hours: 10 am 7 pm (5 days a week)
mode: work from office
note: no incentives applicable; fixed salary-based role.
