Freshers For Telecaller - Mumbai

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tellecaller to join our team in Dadar. This role is perfect for recent graduates or candidates with up to six years of experience. As a Tellecaller, your main job will be to communicate with potential customers and help them understand our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers using a provided list, introducing our services and answering their questions effectively.

- **Maintain Customer Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- **Record Call Details:** Log all relevant information after each call, including customer feedback and any follow-up actions needed.

- **Meet Targets:** Strive to achieve daily and weekly goals set by the management for calls made and sales generated.

- **Resolve Queries:** Address any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly, ensuring a positive experience with our service.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.

- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Basic computer skills to input data and manage records efficiently.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively are highly encouraged to apply.
