As a Tellecaller, your main job will be to communicate with potential customers and help them understand our products and services.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers using a provided list, introducing our services and answering their questions effectively.- **Maintain Customer Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.- **Record Call Details:** Log all relevant information after each call, including customer feedback and any follow-up actions needed.- **Meet Targets:** Strive to achieve daily and weekly goals set by the management for calls made and sales generated.- **Resolve Queries:** Address any concerns or issues raised by customers promptly, ensuring a positive experience with our service.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.- Strong listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.- Basic computer skills to input data and manage records efficiently.- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.- Self-motivated individuals who can work independently as well as collaboratively are highly encouraged to apply.
