Interview For Telecaller || 10th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller for a full-time work-from-home position located in Bhajan Pura. This role is suitable for individuals with 0 to 5 years of experience and requires at least a 10th-grade education.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Contact potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

- Provide Information: Clearly explain product features and benefits to customers, helping them understand how our offerings meet their needs.

- Respond to Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.

- Record Customer Interactions: Maintain detailed records of each communication, including feedback and contact information, to improve future calls.

- Meet Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management to support company growth.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and accurately.
