job summary:
the telecalling sales executive is responsible for calling potential customers, explaining the company’s services, and converting leads into sales. the role focuses on promoting research and academic support services and maintaining good relationships with clients.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s research services.
handle incoming calls and answer queries from students, scholars, and professionals.
follow up with interested clients through phone calls, whatsapp, and emails.
maintain a proper record of calls, leads, and client details in the database.
achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets given by the management.
build and maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients.
coordinate with the business development and marketing team for lead updates.
share customer feedback with the team to improve services.
skills & qualifications:
any degree (freshers or experienced can apply).
good communication and convincing skills.
ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
basic computer knowledge (ms office, excel, crm preferred).
fluency in english and tamil (hindi added advantage).
preferred qualities:
confident and polite on phone calls.
target-oriented and self-motivated.
team player with a positive attitude.
