They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities

Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.

Providing information to customers.

Making recordings of all the phone calls.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Has to submit daily reports.

Requirements

Work experience as a Tele-caller, Tele-Marketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

Outstanding problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to multitask.
