As a Financial Telesales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell financial products and services over the phone to prospective customers. You will engage with individuals or businesses, understand their financial needs, and provide appropriate solutions. Your goal is to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell financial products and services.

2. Build and maintain a database of leads and potential clients.

3. Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their financial goals, needs, and preferences.

4. Explain the features and benefits of various financial products, such as investment strategy, investment plans, investment advisory.

5. Assess customer eligibility and suitability for specific financial products by gathering relevant information and conducting needs analysis.

6. Customize product offerings to align with customer requirements and preferences.

7. Address customer inquiries, concerns, or objections in a knowledgeable and courteous manner.

8. Effectively utilize sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales.

9. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.

10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, market trends, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the financial industry.

2. Strong knowledge of financial products, such as insurance, investments, loans, or retirement plans.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

5. Persuasive and result-oriented mindset.

6. Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

7. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.

8. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
