We have Job openings for Procurement Associate Position (Tele sales). for Madhapur Metro station location, Hyderabad.

Requirements :

* Minimum 6 months Experience in Telesales (Inside sales or Out side sales).

* Languages : English + Telugu

* Location : Near by Madhapur metro station, Hyderabad

* Working days : 6 days

* Shift timings : 10AM - 7PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• End to end client management on calls.

• Handing the process of all increasing the bids in the auction.

• Relationship building with clients.

• Stakeholder management

• Processing inquiries generated through telesales.

• Responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.

• Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.

• Dealer Relationship management related activities

We are looking for:

• Someone with 1-4 years of work experience

• Good judgment and swift decision-making skills

• Excellent communication skills
