we have job openings for procurement associate position (tele sales). for madhapur metro station location, hyderabad.

requirements :

* minimum 6 months experience in telesales (inside sales or out side sales).

* languages : english + telugu

* location : near by madhapur metro station, hyderabad

* working days : 6 days

* shift timings : 10am - 7pm.

job responsibilities:

• end to end client management on calls.

• handing the process of all increasing the bids in the auction.

• relationship building with clients.

• stakeholder management

• processing inquiries generated through telesales.

• responding to queries of clients and give timely support when requested.

• coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.

• dealer relationship management related activities

we are looking for:

• someone with 1-4 years of work experience

• good judgment and swift decision-making skills

• excellent communication skills
